The MiraCosta women's volleyball team has travelled near and far to play the best competition, and this weekend was no different. The Spartans played in Las Vegas, Nevada against some of the top Community College volleyball teams and finished the weekend 2-2 including an important win against Utah State Eastern College (ranked #14 nationally.) Reilly Bosworth led the way with 20 kills and was supported by Violeti Faleumu (15), Claire Kinder (12) and Claudia Mathews (10). Setter Hayley Huntsman finished with notable 55 assists.
The Spartans are next in action on Wednesday September 20th at home against Mt. San Antonio College.
