The MiraCosta men's soccer team made the trek out to Palm Springs for their second to last scheduled conference match. The 2-0 score earned the Spartans their third win in as many games moving them up in the conference standings, now in fourth place.  With the win MiraCosta improves their overall record to 6-8-6 and their conference record to 6-5-4.

MiraCosta scored two goals in the first half, the first by Dago Dominguez and the second by Ulises Morales (assisted by Dago Dominguez.)   Eric Barajas recorded the shutout, playing all 90 minutes with seven saves.

The Spartans will travel to San Bernardino Valley College on Friday for their final conference game. Kickoff is at 3PM.
