Women's Basketball All-Conference Honors

Syme're Shelton, Deyjanae Williams and Frida Caballero.

The Pacific Coast Athletic Conference named three Spartan basketball players to the all-conference team.

Deyjanae Williams - First Team All-Conference

Deyjanae is a 5-6 freshman guard that averaged 16 points and eight rebounds, while shooting 41% from the field. She scored 20 or more points eight times and scored 30 against Taft College. Deyjanae also had eight games that she grabbed 10 or more rebounds, with her high game being 17.  She prepped at Rancho Verde High School in Moreno Valley, CA.

Frida Caballero - First Team All-Conference

Frida is 5-5 sophomore guard from Chula Vista High School.  She averaged five points, four rebounds, three assists and two steals per game.  Frida brought great speed to both ends of the game, pushing the pace on offense and pressuring the ball handler on defense. Her high scoring game was 16 points, which she scored twice.  Her high rebound game was 11 against Pasadena City College and her high steal game was 9 against Taft College.

Symere Shelton - Second Team All-Conference

Syme're is a 5-7 sophomore guard that averaged 7 points and 4 rebounds per game. Her high scoring game was 18 points against Santa Ana College.  She had her high rebound game of 9 against Cuesta College. She prepped at Clark High School in Las Vegas, NV.
