The MiraCosta women's basketball team won their third game in a row and did it in convincing fashion.  The final score was 80-31.

All eleven active players for MiraCosta scored, led by Friday Caballero (16), Deyjanae Williams (13) and Yasi Sharpe (10).  Sharpe also added nine rebounds, just missing another double-double.  Freshman point guard Kylie Dazen led the Spartans with seven assists in the game. MiraCosta dominated the paint, outrebounding their opponents 51 to 34 and shooting a high percentage close to the basket.

This win came after two strong conference wins against Grossmont and San Diego City.

Currently undefeated in conference, the Spartans are next in action on Wednesday at San Diego Mesa College. Tip off is 5PM.
