The Pacific Coast Athletic Conference honored sophomore goalkeeper Seth Ketterer as one of the September athletes of the month.  In the team's eight games Ketterer allowed only two goals (#2 in the state) and had a .250 Goals Against Average.  Ketterer, who prepped at Carlsbad High School, has been the anchor of the Spartan defensive strong hold, giving up only seven goals in 11 games.

The men's soccer team is next in action on Friday, October 11th at MiraCosta College versus San Diego City College.  Kickoff is scheduled for 3PM.
