The MiraCosta men's basketball team hosted Copper Mountain College and earned a win by the final score of 74-64.  

Copper Mountain started the game with noticeable energy but the Spartans quickly answered and and controlled the game until the final buzzer.  Kobe Smith scored 18 points on eight shots and added six rebounds and four assists. Kai Burdick added 12 points and five rebounds. JC Campbell all filled the stat sheet with 10 points, seven assists and five rebounds.

The Spartans also got strong contributions from Donavan Freeman, Jalen Zeno, Dylan Cabs, DaVaughn McCrumb and John Hapgood.

The Spartans are next in action at Glendale on December 6th.
