Coach Roxanne De Mik
Coach Roxanne De Mik is a trailblazer in women's athletics and a cornerstone of MiraCosta College's sports legacy. Coach Roxanne DeMik led the women's volleyball team to two state championships and three runner-up finishes, earning the title of Community College Coach of the Year five times. At MiraCosta she coached women's volleyball and women's basketball
Before her coaching career, Roxanne was an elite multi-sport athlete. She starred at BYU in volleyball and track and field, earning All-American honors and setting a junior college high jump record.
Her dedication to excellence and mentorship has left an indelible mark on countless student-athletes.
