Why I chose MiraCosta:

After meeting the team, and learning more about the program and seeing the beautiful campus I knew that this was the right choice for me to make. The biggest thing that I loved about the team was how competitive each player was, the fast paced games, and the team's connection was everything I look for in a strong and successful team. I additionally love how the program is run, with high intensity workouts and a demanding schedule. I knew this program would prepare me to play at a high level in the NCAA, which has always been my dream. I chose MiraCosta volleyball because I get to compete and train like a serious high level athlete while staying at home (and saving money). I am beyond excited to see where this next step takes me, and my willingness to work to achieve my goals playing at MiraCosta and beyond has never been higher.

Muscat on Christina: "Christina is a tall and incredibly agile and quick middle. She has all the physical intangibles to be an amazing collegiate player. Christina is explosive off the ground with a heavy but quick arm. She already has developed a good attack range and can hit a variety of sets and tempos. Her quick lateral speed and reading ability will make her an anchor of our defensive system. As a person, Christina really struck me as a team first individual who has a high expectation for both her own growth as well as her teammates."
