Six Goals Leads to Easy Win for Spartans

On Friday the MiraCosta women's soccer team went on the road for a conference match against San Diego City College.  Clearly the dominant team the Spartans scored three in the first half and three in the second half to finish with a 6-1 win.  With the victory MiraCosta improves to 3-1-4 with their only loss to Santa Ana early in the season.

MiraCosta got goals from Silje Vigeland (2), Alyssa Ozuna (1), Elisa Dunn (1), Nicole Sayd (1) and Sophie Fountain.  Mia Bochis and Keiari Pati split time in the goal with both playing 45 minutes in the win.

The Spartans are next in action on Tuesday at home with a 3PM kickoff.
