Men's Basketball Drop Game to San Bernardino Valley

Men's Basketball Huddle with Coach Frazer

In a game where the Spartans refused to go away, they just didn't have enough to overcome the very talented and league leading Wolverines from San Bernardino Valley.

After playing an energetic first half MiraCosta trailed only by eight, 41-33. Unfortunately the Wolverines continued to pull away, scoring 53 points in the second half.  San Bernardino Valley maintains first place with the win

The Spartans were led in scoring by Dirk Helaire Jr and Devyian Roberson, both scoring 16 points. Sophomore sharpshooter, Connor Ramirez, came off the bench to add 12 points all on three point shots. Sophomore guard, Xavier Allison, continues to fill the boxscore with 11 points, seven assists and four rebounds in the loss.

MiraCosta will next be in action on Friday, February 8th at Mt. San Jacinto College. Tip off will be at 7PM.
